The Catholic Guy Show does Rome, Greece, and Turkey – Day Seven

After an early arrival in Pireaus, we headed out to Ancient Corinth. I love this drive! It’s about one hour, the sea to the left, mountains to the right.

We stopped at the Corinth Canal for pics and snacks then continued to the old city.

Mass today was on a stone altar standing under Acrocorinth, a beautiful spot. Unfortunately, it was freezing and the winds were hurricane strength. Mix in a dog and a few hoodlum kids, and you’ve got an interesting Mass.

From here were traveled back to Athens and to our hotel. After a quick break we headed back out to the Plaka. Shopping and dinner. Then back to the hotel for really expensive drinks, but a priceless view!
