Thank you for the opportunity to organize this Italy trip for you!

Your overnight flight to Rome.
Saturday, April 8th
Your driver will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel across from the Vatican.
You’ll have a chance to freshen up and have lunch before I meet you for a walking / driving tour to some of Rome’s best churches. We’ll visit Saint Mary Major, Saint John Lateran, Scala Santa, Santa Croce, and Saint Paul Outside the Walls.

This morning you’ll cross the street and tour the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter’s Basilica. You’ll have a chance for a quick lunch before heading to the train station.
You’ll take the high speed train to Florence and arrive in about an hour and a half. You are staying in the center of town, not far from the beautiful Cathedral. You can take a taxi from the train station to the hotel.
Tuesday, April 11th
Today at 1 p.m., you’ll meet your local guide for a walking tour of Florence. She’ll first introduce you to Florence’s most famous resident, Michelangelo’s David. Then she’ll give you a walking tour through the city to visit some of the most important landmarks in Florence.

Suggestions: If you’d like to visit the Hermitage or Porziuncola, I can arrange a driver and guide. There are a few wineries nearby if you’d prefer a wine tasting with lunch.
Saturday, April 15th
This morning your driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Rome. The drive is approximately three hours, and you’ll be able to stop along the way if you need a break.
Once you arrive in Rome I’ll meet you and take you on a walking tour to visit the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.
