I just returned from leading a pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
Visiting the Holy Land during Holy Week is an amazing experience. Christ’s suffering and death becomes even more tangible when you can see where the events occurred.
I took photos of a few powerful spots in Jerusalem, including a 2,000 year old tree from the Garden of Gethsemane, the rock where Jesus sweat blood, the prison wall where He spent His final night, and the type of thorns used in the Crown of Thorns.
This is how they look on my iPhone…

Have a blessed Holy Week.
